However, this book helps us to see that there is huge benefit in preserving the cluster by improving its strength and amending its weakness. One must resist the temptation to write people off at the sight of their weaknesses, but rather gain insight into how to relate with them effectively in spite of their temperamental differences. And if there is any take home message, it is the word of Jesus: Go and do likewise. The only way to have a successful and rewarding ministry is to learn from the Master and do likewise.
