The letters in this book were written on different continents. The Northern part of Europe plays a certain role, bute also e.g. Florida, Mexico, Thailand, India, Scotland, and France. The end of an old world cycle is approaching, and the feminine power is becoming more and more important in societies where a new consciousness is growing.

Shanti, the woman the author is writing to, is a source of inspiration. Stockholm, Bangkok, Chiangmai, Malta, Jaipur, Machu Picchu, Paris, Cancún, Tikal ... are some of the stages where the writer reveals his intentions, poetic insight, outlooks, and dreams about human destiny.

Inner and outer adventures? Glimpses from the world of art and literature? Yes, but also a hope that the solar consciousness of man one day will rule the inhabitants of the earth.

Letters to Shanti was first published at the beginning of this millennium in two very limited art editions. This is the first non-limited edition, and at the end of the book you can read a new postscript called "Shanti Words after the Year 2012".

Lois More Overbeck, Emory University, USA, who is at work on the correspondence of Samuel Becket, writes in a letter to Percival: "I am sure that your project, the letter book, will provide another thoughtful glimpse of what you have worded: the eternal moment."
