This book provides a clear picture of practices and experiences of public elementary school heads on the implementation of modular distance learning modality in the new normal. School leaders can gain additional knowledge, strategies, and ideas to formulate innovative ways to guide the implementation of this learning modality. In addition, this book gives an eyeview to the school community, other stakeholders, parents, and students for a better understanding of modular distance learning in the new normal. Despite the challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, we can surpass it as long as we have unity, compassion, and trust in God.
