Water supply services are considered social services. Oftentimes, these services are delivered to communities at either no payment or subsidized price. The government in developing countries finds themselves in problems of maintaining and improving services due to financial constraints. Therefore, this research was about the willingness of residents in Sebeta, Ethiopia to pay towards improving water services and affecting factors.
