The study focuses on nurse managers' organizational justice practices and its impact on the organizational commitment and job satisfaction of staff nurses working in Level III public hospitals in National Capital Region. Involved in this study are 615 staff nurses currently working in the health care institutions under study. The study utilized an adopted instrument. Descriptive evaluative, descriptive comparative and descriptive correlational research designs were used in the study. Frequency and percentage, weighted mean, analysis of variance and multiple regression were used to analyzed and treat the data collected.
