The publication will reveal that there appears to be enough and sufficient laws to usher in enviable standards to ensure these Nigerian workers' rights are protected and enjoyed by all workers but due to some limitations, it is yet to achieve such aspiration. Employees' rights found in Nigeria are not dissimilar to what can be found in other realms of the world.
