Health Awareness Among Rural Magars towards Communicable Diseases Bishnu Kumar Sinjali

This book explores socio-cultural and health awareness conditions towards communicable diseases of the rural Magars of the Kotdarbar VDC of Tanahun Distric. This study is devoted to the rural Magars, an indigenous ethnic group of Nepal, who shared with their knowledge and experiences without hesitation. The Magars are marginalized indigenous people of Nepal. Their culture and language is endangered situation. They are in transition period due to they are losing their indigenous knowledge and skills gradually, and further learning modern health care systems provided through government and development agencies.
