Publisher Marketing: Illustrated historical collection was published for the 100th anniversary of the Ministry of Finance on the initiative of prominent Russian Finance Minister Count Witte. It is dedicated to the historical overview of the main activities of the financial department, biographies of ministers for each period of the reign of Emperors and contains unique material based on original documents from the archives. The most important sectors are reserved chapters, sanctified by the development of financial institutions in the XVIII century. In preparation of the collection, published under the general editorship of vice director of Department of the accountant fees NK Brzeski, attended by senior officials of the Ministry of Finance. The artistic part of the anniversary edition headed academician G. Frank. All figures in the text of the artist executed RG Zarrin. The publication is richly illustrated, in its pages are portraits of emperors, ministers, copies of documents. The collection contains a large number of tables, government revenue and expenditure, the list of ministers in the service of the ministry since 1802 on September 8, 1902. In the first part of the publication presents reviews of the Ministry of Finance in the reign of Emperor Alexander I, Nicholas I and Alexander II. In the second part of the publication presents reviews of the Ministry of Finance in the reign of Emperor Alexander III and Nicholas II.
