The essence of universities? existence is to support quality teaching, learning and research. Electronic journals are new way of gaining quick access to the most current and authentic research information and knowledge globally. With their exponential growth in the recent past, e-journals have revolutionized libraries. They have offered great promise in scholarly and scientific communication since their inception in Kenya in the late 1990s. Proper utilization of e-journals will enable Kenyan scholars to contribute to the global pool of knowledge. Thus, need for effective utilization of e-journals by faculty members in Kenyan universities to support quality teaching, learning and research is imperative and cannot be overemphasized. This book illustrates the determinants that influence utilization of e-journals by faculty members in Kenyan academic libraries.
