However, further extension of these ideas requires specific support system. Incubation centre is a critical link in such a system. The present study evaluated the existing incubation models prevailing in India. The study covered prominent incubation centres in Gujarat in-depth and conducted a national level survey to assess the importance of incubation centre as perceived by the clients.
