Following the 2008-9 and the 2010-11 crises people started doubting the relevancy of the Neoliberal Capitalism. Much Capitalism slogans such as 'free market forces', 'competition', 'minimum government involvement', etc. are not relevant any more. For that reason Dr . A. Avny proposes in this book a new paradigm, named the Revised Socio-Economic Order. This revised order explores the main production elements, Labor and Capital and offers establishing new relationships between them. Labor should be uplifted and accepting the status it deserves as the human creativity and innovative spirit's representative. Capital should be regulated and returned to its original roots as fuel for the economy. The Globalization should be reformed for increasing the weigh of indigenous agriculture and basic industries. Avny recommends that Public Private Partnerships (PPP) should be the main mode of operation while Social services would be provided by a Tree Tiers structure, combining public funds with private initiatives. Avny's main idea in the book is the necessity of maintaining a renovated equilibrium between the individual's aspirations and social obligations.
