Sustainable tourism development, in this study, is comprehensively studied with the Stakeholder Theory and the Collaborative Approach as toolds. Political, economic and social pressures on the stakeholders in developing countries are vital; however sharing a common target may create more responsibility and consequently result in the succesfull realization of the goals of all the interest groups.
