In-depth studies of the application of facilities management to hotel properties are hardly available in Nigeria. The paucity extends beyond Nigeria to cover most of Africa and beyond. This effort is therefore itself a very good contribution to knowledge based on its effort to identify Hotel management styles in the study area and its documentation of the low level of FM application even among the best rated hotels in south-western Nigeria. It is a pedestal for further research - Dr. Mrs Omirin. One is completely satisfied with the way the research is designed. It is well thought of. A robust work has been done. It is comfortable as it is pleasant. I have no reservation whatsoever about this thesis. It is highly recommended for further research - Prof. Solanke. The work is original, drawing on existing facilities management concepts. The research design is exploratory and is adequate in view of the pioneering nature of the work.
