Worldwide, sweet oranges occupy highest share in citrus production and considered to be equally good for fresh fruit export and juice processing. In Pakistan, share of only Kinnow mandarin is more than 65% which gives a clear impression that Kinnow has a major importance in citrus industry of Pakistan while production share of sweet orange is far less due to several production problems including less plant age, higher flower and fruit drop, low production, shy bearing habits and disorders like granulation. To switch over the production trend from Kinnow mandarin to sweet oranges, such issues must be addressed. This experiment was conducted to decrease fruit drop of sweet orange cv. Succri with an ultimate objective to increase yield which may encourage citrus growers to produce sweet oranges also. Trees were foliar-sprayed with macro nutrients.
