There is no much difference between male and female leaders. But female leaders are better than men leaders in basic leadership qualities like conflict management, taking responsibility,making decision, and communication skills. However, stereotyping is still affecting the perceptoins of subordinates and others on female leaders leadership effectivness. On the other hand, though glassceilng and stereotyping are challenging the their advancement to leadership positions, female leaders are getting better chance to lead as compared to 20years before in ethiopia and in the world as a whole. This time they are getting even the chance to be assigned as ministers. In this process the lately coming female leaders are getting the chances to know the experiences on female leaders sucesses and challenges.
