English summary: The present volume dedicated to Franz Lebsanft comprises contributions to the historicity and culturality of the Romance languages demonstrating the broad range of current historical linguistics that is based on philological traditions. The contributions explain case studies on linguistic change in Romance-speaking countries together with methodological reflections on current paradigms of historical linguistics. By doing this they critically discuss older and newer positions within the field of historical linguistics.
