What matters most is not who you are but how you perceive yourself. Body image is more of perception than your actual body physique. It determines your self concept, your social relation and ,above all, your physiological and psychological well-being. It is not uncommon to see people who are obsessed with their appearance and always working to bring the "ideal" body posture. Unfortunately no amount of effort is enough to bring an appearance that can fully satisfy them. Therefore it is better to accept what you are and to learn living with what you have. After all, you should measure your life success not by you appearance rather by what are doing and what you can do.
