? The electrical conductivity is a useful quantity for estimating the isothermal crystallization parameters for the chalcogenide. ? The growth parameter for crystallization was found to increase with the addition of Sn to Se-Te which can be attributed to homogeneous two dimensional growths of crystallites. The value of n obtained is 2.6225 ± 0.1225. ? As the value of n obtained is between 2 and 3, this indicates a 2 dimensional growth with a disc like particles changing to rod like formation with temperature and time. ? The value of activation energy EG due to graph is obtained as 3.8821eV, which is higher than obtained by other workers. This value is about 1.6eV higher than the Se70-Te30 due to addition of Sn in this material.
