This is a pioneering study of interfaith understanding in modern multi-cultural society for the improvement of relations with global perspective. It consists in self-realization of oneness of the whole humanity. The present study throws light on various dimensions of religious phenomenon, its diversity, emerging synthetic trends and the various efforts undertaken by spiritually enlightened seekers of truth with the goal of promoting interfaith understanding. Different world religions teach love, co-existence and mutual brotherhood for harmonious relation of man. The author aims to join hands transcending the traditional religious barriers of exclusiveness for the welfare of mankind.
