In conclusion , we believe that sevoflurane is usefull for induction of anaesthesia and can be used without premedication or supplemental agents . Furthermore, sevoflurane can be induced by either vital capacity induction or by tidal volume induction technique . The former more rapid induction technique may be expensive and result in operating room pollution and hence one may choose tidal volume induction technique , both of which had similar induction and LMA insertion characteristics as well as similar postoperative findings and patient acceptance .
