Cardiovascular diseases have become a serious threat to public health throughout the world and so there is a growing focus on the importance of the cardiovascular system and drug delivery. The rheology of Blood, nature of blood flow, characteristics of blood vessel are different at different level of the circulatory system. These complexities are cause of many cardiovascular disorders. Many drug delivery methods are introducing to treatment of these disorders. Magnetic drug targeting is getting more importance because of their designed to target a specified tissue, lesser side effects and cost effectiveness. The sequencing projects opened unprecedented possibilities to make mathematical models of certain class of biological problems which can be effective for diagnosis of various arterial diseases, appraisal of newly found treatment procedures and developing and designing various artificial organs. All the models discussed in this monograph have exhibited significant role in our circulatory system.
