The Visually Impaired children are the members of our own society. They should not be neglected. They have different needs and problems. In order to cope with their needs, many NGO's have come forward. Due to the interference of Special Education too, people now use to give recognition to these children. Special schools, the resource teachers, resource rooms and the necessary equipments are very essential for these children. This book is an attempt to know the visually handicap children closely so that we can understand them and give them a helping hand.
