When from last few decades the world is facing the problem of water pollution and scarcity of conventional fuel. A new approach is required to produce the new alternate sources of fuel and check on water pollution. This research provides an alternate pathway of formation of fuel by treating the industrial effluents. In the developing countries the industrial waste water dumping is the main problem. This coloured water is the main cause of water pollution in these countries. The government spends millions of rupees every year to control this type of pollution. This research full fill both concerns, one is the pollution control and second is the formation of organic fuels. This work requires a great attention of those environmental fellows and chemists which really want to check the pollution causes by these industries. The main emphasis is taken to reduce the carbonates by the use of industrial waste water having dyes and convert into low molecular weight hydrocarbons.
