In the last decade there was an accelerated effort towards refining an already good cataract surgery. One of the main fields of this is decreasing the incision size and implanting IOLs that fits through it. However, many surgeons prefer to do their already mastered phaco techniques and gaining the maximum benefit from time-tested IOLs. Others prefer to mix and match between different generations of techniques. This study tried to solve this dilemma about the safety and efficacy of MICS and their IOLs.
