New Zealand black-footed abalone (Haliotis iris) have been culture in land-base farms for near thirty years. However, the nutrition requirement of this species has not been diescussed yet. This book is the first book that discussed different protein species and different level of dietary protein in artificial feeds of New Zealand black-footed abalone (Haliotis iris).
