The Impact of Internet on Learners of English As a Foreign Language: the Moroccan University Context

The present research study has shed light on the impact of the Internet on Moroccan EFL university students' performance in reading, writing, listening and speaking. Highly pertinent to the research design of this study is the adoption of both qualitative and quantitative methods for the data collection and analysis. The findings reveal that the Internet has a positive impact on the improvement of the four language skills investigated. The study concluded with some implications for further research and classroom practices.
