The Generality of men are naturally apt to fearrather thanreverence and to refrain from evil because of thepunishment that will bring, with reference to kwarastate university,it reveals that employees are of theopinion that , for the goals of the university to beachieved it is important that equity is maintainedand implemented to ensure a harmonious workingrelationship among the workers, rewards andpunishment the same time should not bediscriminatory and should not ignore the intended ideal. From the view point, the analysis find support forfactors that make punishment and reward effective inwork place.
