Servant leadership, as a post modern concept, reflecting the changing direction of leadership in the 21st century is getting increased attention in the ledership literature. Organizational justice and work engagement are some of the mostly encountered concepts at today's work place. This book presents an extensive literature on servant leadership, organizational justice and work engagement. Moreover, the results of a quantitative research on the application of servant leadership and its work outcomes within the context of Turkish business culture. The dimensions of servant leadership as perceived in the turkish culture and its strong similarity with paternalistic leadership is discussed in the framework of work outcomes i.e. work engagement. Organizational justice through the use of servant leadership brings out an impact on work engagement taking into consideration of the considerable effect of job complexity and individual personality.
