Since its Inception, the ICC is seized of five situations; Uganda, DRC, CAR, Darfur and Kenya. The court already faces challenges in its work and these range from a complimentarity hurdle, failures in state cooperation, inability to execute arrest warrants and failure to impact the lives of Victims and affected communities.
