In recent years, the two popular topics of entrepreneurship and innovativeness are being studied more and more together due to increased awareness of their importance and relationship. The aim of this book is to preveal the importance of an individual's personal characteristics and gender for entrepreneurship and innovativeness. For this purpose, a research has been carried out on a group of entrepreneurs in Turkey.
