Knowledge Management Ever since the introduction of the concept of knowledge management, it has interested many. Culture has been cited by researchers as the most important enabler of knowledge management. However, cultural differences among countries make a difference in implementation of knowledge management processes. There is a need to conduct indigenous studies for exploring specific attributes of organizational culture that effect knowledge management. This study explores eight attributes of organizational culture that affect the knowledge management processes of Knowledge Capitalization, Knowledge Capturing, Knowledge Transfer, Knowledge Transformation and Knowledge Internalization
