This book is designed to provide information on the effectiveness of agricultural package technologies training offered to farmers in Ethiopia. Including Ethiopian Institute of Agricultural Research most trainers excute training at different levels but very few concerned about the effectiveness of training that sre bieng offered on the up grading of improving knoweledge, attitude and practice. This study focuses on the methodology for assesing the effectiveness by concidering the case of Ethiopian Institute of Agricultural Research.
