Over the last decade, business organizations in Kenya have been experiencing dynamic and drastic change that have overtaken traditional company policies and management issues. Information Technology is one of the many tool organizations use to cope with change. In Kenya, success of an organization largely depend on the Information Technology's that the organization has adapted and extend to which they are able to compete efficiently and effectively in the aggressive Kenyan market. The study therefore sort to establish the challenges that business organizations in Nairobi are currently facing. The objective of the study was to find out the impact of these challenges on business organizations in Nairobi and how they intended to cope with the challenges.
