"Ivica Ilic produced a good summary of the study concerning relevance of territorial pacts and related concepts on the case study Leskovac. The sources of the research were threefold: desktop research on literature of territorial pact, industrial district, new industrial space and milieu innovateur, etc.; secondary analysis of existing data concerning the economic and social conditions of Leskovac and its surrounding; and primary data collection designed and controlled by the author on the spot. The strength of the paper is the accumulated local knowledge and the combination of this with applied theoretical concepts.
