TotalWork: Broken Britain is a sociohistorical commentary on life in C21st Britain. It represents the valid opinion of one Chartered Occupational Psychologist, gained through her personal work experience as a mental health professional. Dr Caroline Schuster is a specialist in the management of emotional, environmental and behavioural stress: something that millions of Britons face today. As Britain and the West fall further into recession, we all face record levels of stress related to home, school and work. Reflecting on all important aspects of life, this book has been written to help the ordinary man, woman and child in the street gain a deeper understanding of their own personal stress levels as well as some stresses inflamed by government policy, society and the media.
