This monograph presents the results of studies on the effect of pesticides on the functional states of the blood and liver of rats and the correction of poisoning with a plant antioxidant factor. It was found that synthetic pyrethroid karate is a highly toxic pesticide; when administered per os to rats, in the blood and in the liver, there are violations of the physiological state of these organs. It is shown that the activity of a number of antioxidant enzymes in microsomes and mitochondria is impaired. An important aspect of our study was the comparison of blood and liver parameters in animal poisoning with the pesticide karate and in protecting animals from poisoning with a plant-based antioxidant (RAF). The results obtained indicate that the plant antioxidant factor (RAF) has protective properties and accelerates the recovery of enzyme activity.
