The analysis of the legal nature of fixed and floating charges was the way to making a contribution to the ways in which lenders' protection in creditor-debtor relationships in Rwanda can be improved and devise mechanisms that the government could use to further strengthen creditor protection specifically, and in turn promote and enhance the environment for doing business in Rwanda generally.
