The book incorporates all the important topics such as populations' structure, abundance and effect of environmental factors on the distribution of the spot-tail mantis shrimp caught in Tunisian waters. Additionally, a biochemical characterization and composition of S. Mantis (total fat, fatty acid, protein, amino acid...) was investigated to guide the consumer to the use of these crustaceans. I am confident that book would be of immense value to enrich knowledge of crustacean fisheries in particular and marine biology in general.
