Peoples with disabilities are facing low in-come and high expenditure which resulted disabled household?s food insecurity problem. The general objective of this research was to investigate the major determinants of disabled household?s food insecurity in the case of Debre Tabor town, South Gonder Administrative Zone, Amhara National Regional State. This study employed a basic tool of research and investigated the determinants factors of disabled household?s food insecurity. Descriptive statistics were used to understand the effects of various socioeconomic, demographic environmental and institutional factors on disabled household?s food insecurity as well as to identify the relative importance of each factor in affecting disabled household? food insecurity. By the model of binary logistic regression resulted the number of income sources ?=0.656, p<0.01, the amount of income per capita ?=0.381, P<0.05, the total assets ?= 0.580, P<0.01 and monthly food expenditure per capita ?=0.492, p<0.01 were significantly predicted and positively determined food security. The developmental partner support ought to scale up of assets for the asset poor disabled households.
