This work employs qualitative action research to increase the student?s enrolment. This research extensively uses the principles of marketing psychology throughout the process of achieving the primary objective of increasing the student?s enrolment and also tries to bring the kind of change in the culture of the department in order to retain the students. This work documents the entire process of achieving the set goals and narrates through a stage by stage approach. It presents on record how the department was able to attract incredibly higher number students to enroll in the course by meticulous planning and execution of change strategies in the department of psychology.
