This manuscript focuses on careers in public administration by focusing on three public service agencies of the U. S. government. They are the U. S. Postal Service, the National Endowment of the Arts and Health and Human Services. We focus on medical criteria that are necessary for successful job performance as well as what constitutes multiple sick building syndrome. Our results of the job analysis are based on rigorous statistical techniques and our results also indicate that the NEA building in Washington suffers from multiple sick building syndrome.
