P(VDF-TrFE) is a normal ferroelectric/ or copolymer, while P(VDF-TrFE-CTFE) is a relaxor ferroelectric / or terpolymer. The Frequency dependent antiferroelectric-like behavior and Electrocaloric Effect of the former two polymer blends were estimated. It showed very interesting results which has been described on the basis of FTIR, XRD and Frequency dependent Dielectric Constant in this book in detail. The enhancement in the Electrocaloric effect (ECE) with the operational frequency is attributed to the antiferroelectric to paraelectric transition of polyemer blends. Finally the butterfly curves observed with heating and cooling cycles which depict the phenomenon of refrigeration. The change in entropy with the operational frequency showed that we can increase the performance of an electrocaloric (EC) refrigerator by lowering its operating frequency.
