Any Educational policy is crucial factor for survival, providing people with an opportunity to reflect on critical, social, economic, cultural, moral and spiritual issues facing humanity and thus the main instrument for development and change, which has the important task of preparing leaders for different walks of life-social, intellectual, political, cultural, scientific & technological. Universities and Colleges function as the focal centers of Higher Education. The growing concern over the erosion of values and increasing cynicism in society, particularly among the younger generation has brought to focus the need for readjustment in order to make education a forceful tool for cultivation of social, ethical and moral values.
