Poluchenie novykh dannykh o strukture intasomy VICh-1 budet vostrebovano pri sozdanii novykh ingibitorov VICh-1. Dlya resheniya etoy zadachi byl predlozhen novyy podkhod, osnovannyy na okislitel'noy destruktsii sblizhennykh s DNK uchastkov izuchaemykh belkov. Dobit'sya etogo mozhno putem prisoedineniya reaktsionnosposobnykh grupp k tem polozheniyam DNK-substratov, kotorye vzaimodeystvuyut (ili sblizheny) s aminokislotnymi ostatkami belkov. Dlya dannoy raboty byl vybran ATCUN-peptid (Gly-Gly-His), kotoryy vstrechaetsya v nekotorykh vidakh syvorotochnogo al'bumina i sposoben svyazyvat' i transportirovat' iony Cu(II) i Ni(II). Dlya sravneniya intasom VICh-1 i PSV bylo resheno provesti napravlennoe rasshcheplenie belkov s ispol'zovaniem substratov, modifitsirovannykh ATCUN-peptidom.
