Eco-friendly Utilization of Marine Fish Skin in Korea
Jae-ho Hwang
Here I introduce the 3 latest research chapters. First, Korean four marine fish skins are characterized by biochemical techniques. Second, dietary flounder skin meal, which is superior to the 4 skins, is added to substitute the feed protein source, and the feeding trial improves growth performance, body composition, and stress recovery in the juvenile black rockfish. Third, edible parts of the cultured fish are analyzed by nutritional characteristics.
