The reason is that, those classes constitute the students who are passing through the adolescence stage. It is the period of rapid revolutionary changes in the individual?s physical, mental, moral spiritual, sex and social outlook. Human personality develops new dimensions. It is the period of anxieties and worries. It is the period of ambitions. It is the period of conflicts and complexities. It is the period of transition of life. In this stage many pupil are unable to adjust with the social as well as educational environment. Due to imbalance in the adjustment, they create a lot of problems in the teaching-learning process. To overcome this problem the psychology of these adolescent children should be analysed in the light of certain theories advocated by some eminent psychologist and this should be properly implemented in the practical field of Teaching-Learning process.
