This book draws on the women trafficking issues in the Near-East with specific analysis on Iran criminal policies and Islamic Laws application. The International perspectives on how women trafficking problems being handled in the Near- East raised allegations to non-compliance of the International Laws and Practices. Such pressures the Near-East countries into meeting some of the women anti-trafficking challenges and efforts defined internationally. Close collaboration among neighbouring countries such as Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Syria, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Omen, Yemen and others, to lessen women trafficking via illegal migration.
