The employer-employee relationship and working environment have pervasive influence on the growth an organization or institution. However, there is very scanty literature carried on this issue in Ethiopia. This scholarly work fills this gap to a considerable extent. It is helpful research work to be familiar with the extent to which the personal and interpersonal relationship between employer and employee, supervisors' support and working environment highly determines the success or failure of a given organization or institution. Many literature uncovers that the culture of treating employees in a good manner before they leave the organization in which they are employed is not well developed in our country. The absence of good employee retention mechanisms such as providing them with good incentives, training and development opportunities that would help them to upgrade themselves is part of this book.
