Study guide compiled in accordance with the State educational standards of higher education, as well as the Regulation on the final state certification of graduates of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan: - Final state certification mark consists of the protection of the final work; - The order and timing of final papers are set by the Academic Council of the higher education institution; - The protection of graduate work allowed students to complete a full course of prior learning. Educational-methodical development includes requirements that must necessarily be made by students, and recommendations, implementation of which is suitable for improving the quality of graduate work. A special feature is that, firstly, a number of these recommendations are based on experience of the second, the authors provide a number of important provisions aimed at further improving the training of specialists with higher education.
