Present work was carried out to check the effect of responsive gene to the tuberculosis in the rural population of the Burewala and this study further recommends that: ? Incident of TB is increasing every year especially in the population of rural areas. The case fatality in the rural areas is high due to lack of awareness of standard case management for this particular infection. An improvement in the TB management and controlling skills is essential among the rural populations committees, in management council ad in organization of medical care services on basic level. ? Regarding TB infection, accurate and authentic information should be provided to the public by an official spokes person at national, state and local level through inter-personal communication, campaign program and the mass media. ? After the diagnosis of the bacterial attack, antibiotic, necessary reagents and other kind of laboratory supplier should be provided and measurement should be taken at local and national level to treat this without wasting time. ?
